Family Fun - Home Craft Show


RULES AND REGULATIONS
:

All exhibits must be in the Curling Club by Thursday, August 11th, 2011 by 4:30 p.m. 

NOTE:  Judging to begin at 6:00 p.m. sharp.

1.     All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor.

2.     The exhibitor will be allowed ONLY one entry per section.

3.     Exhibits must consist of new and up-to-date work, made within the last two years, except wearing apparel, which must be made within the last year.

4.     Soiled articles will be disqualified.

5.     In case of no competition, prizes may not be awarded if work is unworthy.

6.     Any senior citizen who is a resident of Terrace Lodge, Chateau Gardens or other Senior Homes, may enter up to three     items in the Homecraft Prize List, WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP.

7.     Each exhibitor must pay an Aylmer Fair membership fee of $10.00 (Unless specified otherwise in Prize Book.)

8.     All Homecraft Division entries must remain in the Curling Club until 4:30 p.m., Sunday, August 14th, 2011 or any prize monies may be forfeit.

9.     Entry form and membership fees should be mailed to Aylmer Fair - Entries, Box 192, Aylmer, ON N5H 2R9 by August 2nd to allow time for entry tags to be prepared.  However, entries will be accepted when exhibits are brought to the Fair Grounds at specified time.
