HOW TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR
AT THE AYLMER FAIR
1. Complete the Entry Form on this site or in the 2010 Prize List, noting Class, Section Number and Description.
2. Exhibitors must be either a Member or an Associate Member of the Aylmer and East Elgin Agricultural Society (unless otherwise specified in the Prize Book).
A Member pays a membership fee of $10.00 which entitles them to exhibit. This fee also includes voting privileges at Fair Board meetings.
An Associate Member pays a membership fee of $6.00, but has no voting privileges. This type of membership is not available in all areas of competi-tion.
3. In some areas of competition, a 15% deduction may be taken off winnings as an administrative fee.
4. In Homecraft Division, any senior citizen who is a resident of Terrace Lodge, Chateau Gardens or oth-er Senior’s Homes, may enter up to three items WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP.
5. Printed Entry Tags may be picked up at the Fair Board Office when you deliver your exhibits.
6. CATTLE EXHIBITORS must use a Livestock Entry Form. Please contact either your Club President for the correct entry form for your show.
7. Unless otherwise specified in the Class Rules, mail your Entry Form with Entry and/or Membership Fees payable to:
