President’s Message

WELCOME TO THE 164TH ANNUAL AYLMER FAIR

This year “IT’S ALL FOR YOU” remains our slogan!
We have taken the direction of “SHOP LOCAL & SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY”.

Our slogan says it all. We hosted an awesome Home & Garden show in April. It was a win/win with a lot of localsupport and involvement. The feed back, from you the public, was the “reward” we get for volunteering. Thanks to volunteer, Donna Bezaire (owner/operator of Aylmer Paint) for bringing the idea and enthusiasm to host the show at the fairgrounds.

We also hosted our 1st annual Strawberry Fest. Thank you to volunteer Velma Sheppard for her idea also. We might have to learn and change a few things, but the group of volunteers that are doing all this for you, are up to any challenge put in front of them. I know, I’ve seen it happen. Thanks to the town of Aylmer for their involvement with our events.

So, to wrap it up, have a good time and make some memories you won’t ever forget. I hope you or someone you know benefitted from what we are doing in the community. Stop in any time at the office, say HI and drop a suggestion in our suggestion box. We’ll see you at the fair and our Haunted House every weekend in October.
